What are you signing up for?

Every month we personally hand select Natural Gold for your curated parcels. You will be billed your plan price + shipping on a monthly basis until you cancel.

How does it work?

5th of every month is renewal (Until you cancel)

18th-20th of the month - We will start shipping your orders.

If you susbcribe for the first time, anytime between the 1st and the 14th, You will receive the same months box.

We have a cut off day on the 14th of the month at midnight, if you subscribe after the 14th you will get next months box.

(No, you don't have to susbcribe every month, you sign up once and you'll remain an active member until you cancel)

How is the Gold priced?

The Gold for the Parcels are priced at spot price plus 18%. For Aussie this includes GST.

We pay prospectors above industry standard rates for their gold nuggets, as full time gold prospectors ourselves we know how bloody hard it is to find. The gold on our website is a combination of gold from our family mine, prospecting trips into the outback of WA and gold sourced form local prospectors.We pride ourselves on paying Aussies what they deserve for their gold. By supporting us you are supporting small time Australian prospectors.

How many grams per month do I receive ?

The grams per month will change depending on the gold price. The monthly weight is determined by the gold price on the day of renewals (5th of the month).

You will receive an email for the months parcel stating the amount you will receive, each box also has a certificate of authenticity with the grams in the box.

Shipping Info

When will my order be shipped?

We start packing the orders on the 14th of the month. Ready to be shipped between the 18th-20th of the month.

If you subscribed to the Gold Box after the 14th of the month, you have signed up after the cut off date (13th of the month) therefore you will recieve the following months box.

which carrier do you ship with? How long does it take?

All orders are shipped with Australian Post. Therefore shipping parcels will reflect what Australian Post charges us. You will be resposible for covering the shipping for your Gold Parcel every month.

Australian Orders are charged at $14 - (5-14 days to delivery)

International Orders are charged at $10 (8-20 days to delivery)

We can not gurantee these timeframes, due to third-party involvment we have no liability of orders once handed over to the carrier. Shipping may take longer over the busier period.

You will automatically be sent a tracking number for your orders.

Member Information

How can I log into my account?

Use our home page, and the top right corner you can sign into your account.

When you subscribe, you will automatically be sent login information to your account. Via your account you can update your information, See when the next order is coming, view your past invoices, view your next renewal date and cancel your order

Do I have to Subscribe every month to be active?

No, Once you sign up once you will be an active member until you cancel the subscription.

Every month of the 5th you will automatically be charged the $200 and be shipped the Gold. No need to sign up again. You can manage your account anytime

How can I cancel my subscription?

We will be sad to see you go. If there is anything we can do differently we would love some feedback! email us at hello@theprospectorclub.com

There is also an option to pause your subscription, and you can come back anytime.

Once you cancel, if you'd like to come back at a later date, we suggest using the same login details.

If you want to get straight to it, log into your account and cancel your subscription - Keep in mind renewal is on the 5th of the month, we do not offer refunds for orders after the 5th, so please cancel before the next renewal date.
